Cancellation Policy

I appreciate life can present unforeseen circumstances and you may need to cancel your session, therefore I offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your session start time.

In order to manage my time and schedule, if sessions are cancelled within 24 hours of your session start time, then the following will apply:

​

1st session = Full refund

2nd session = 50% refund

3rd session onwards = No refund

​

Should you need to, you can cancel with ease on the booking confirmation email you receive at the time of booking, by following the cancellation link.
